In-Home Connections
May Be For You
Del Mar Community Connections is on a mission to assist senior residents to live independently in their homes, for as long as possible.  The program is designed for everyone, not just those who no longer drive.  Our emphasis is based on “community outreach."  We will personally design a program to meet some of your major needs.  We offer friendly visits, transportation to medical appointments, prescription pick-up, grocery shopping, social events and more. 
It is our pleasure to offer you and your family supportive measures, in hopes of making life easier.  It is our personal goal to keep clients involved, informed and most importantly to reduce stress, while promoting independent living.  Let us know if we can serve you as a new member of the In-Home Connection Program.

We need You
The Power of 4 – Experience first-hand how volunteering just four hours a month can significantly impact the life of a Del Mar senior.  Volunteers will be scheduled to assist at regular times on a monthly basis and will be paired with seniors who need assistance with a variety of tasks.
