Qigong is translated as “Energy Work” that increases your “Chi” (life force energy). It’s an ancient health practice that combines gentle movement with breath, creating a moving meditation that improves physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Qigong also strengthens the body, relieves stiffness, increases mobility and balance, and releases stagnant energy. Similar to Tai Chi but much easier to learn.
