Eligible families selected off our waiting list can choose any housing within the Del Mar City limits where an owner is willing to join the program.  If the rent is too high, the unit may not be eligible for assistance.

The unit the family selects must meet certain standards. We will inspect the unit before any assistance is paid, and at least once a year, as long as assistance is being paid. The unit must always be in decent, safe, and sanitary condition.
